This Opinel knife is designed for collecting and preparing mushrooms. With the fine, curved Sandvik stainless steel blade with serrated edge, mushrooms can be skinned easily. The handle is made of natural-coloured, lacquered beech wood. At the end of the handle, there is a boar bristle brush for brushing off soil residue from the mushrooms.
